Consuelo Costin is a multifaceted talent. She is a performing and creative artist and in 2007 she recorded with producer Peter Amata and Grammy award winning mixer Jess Sutcliffe. She has had consecutive top ten hits on AOL musiqtones digital download. Some of these songs include ‘Numb’ and ‘beach girls’. In 2008 she spent most of her time writing and recording an album together with her Costin band. She has performed in Hollywood nightclubs like Whiskey, Key club and The Roxy.
Consuelo has written for recordings, film and television. She is presently working on material with Aaron Pearce, producer of Lady Gaga and Kate Perry. Apart from singing she is also writing a book called ‘Vanderbroke’ which is a satiric memoir about her life as a young heiress. Consuelo is a successful business person that has been enhanced by her creative, risk-tasking and collaborating instincts. She has a business partner whom she has launched a 3D online website for artists with and has joined another company for designing and developing consumer products that are geared towards charity work. Consuelo formed Soho Muse which is a social and business networking site for creative Nomad and global artists. It offers an interactive platform that has opened life-like simulations in London, New York and Los Angeles.
She has a heart for good causes to the community and is the vice president of National Ovarian cancer coalition. This is as a result of her mother’s illness and death from cancer. She has been a legislative ambassador for the American cancer Society (ACS). She is also the spokesperson for the Ovarian Cancer Coalition (OCC) of California. Consuelo advocated for increased funding to be used for early detection of the disease. She even wrote a song to her mother that was donated to ACS and used for charity purposes. Another song ‘find a way’ was donated to OCC. She has actively participated in the campaign and fights against ovarian cancer through performing at The National Alliance Conference in Washington during the ovarian cancer awareness week, appeared in public service announcements, spoke at a city council conference and performed a national anthem at the OCC walk/run for four consecutive years. She has appeared in television shows, magazines and programs advocating for early detection and treatment in order to reduce the infection rate.
Consuelo joined a Legacy group, LLC which is a consumer, marketing and licensing firm. This group specializes in raising awareness and funding for charitable activities. This is done through partnership with American reverend families such as railroad and shipping magnate, Cornelius Vanderbilt, and her family name that is used for licensing products. The proceeds from this project benefit the charity of her choice. She has mostly dedicated these proceeds to ovarian cancer organization. Consuelo was born in California USA and is an eighth descendant of American entrepreneur Cornelius Vanderbilt. She is married to Rafael Feldman who is a film and television actor, from Durbin, Ireland. Her father owns a firm and is a life coach in the entertainment industry.
