Born in California, Consuelo Gilmore Costin is a famed creative and performing artist, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur and philanthropist- seemingly having taken the latter two roles from her family lineage as she is a descendant of the famed American generous philanthropist and shrewd businessman, Cornelius Vanderbilt.
Consuelo lives in Los Angeles where she tied the knot with Rafael Feldman on the 19th of October in 2007. Her father was Brackenridge Costin and her mother was the heiress Serena Vanderbilt. Her mother had a major impact on the life and philanthropy of Consuelo. This is mainly because Serena spent some 4 years of her life in a battle with ovarian cancer.
